We’re heading back to the Ascutney Trails for our 2017 Lucy Mac 5K-9 and 1-Mile Fun Run. Runners and walkers, with or without dogs, will be treated to a scenic Vermont adventure as they race along handcrafted trails located on the western base of Ascutney Mountain, all in support of Lucy Mackenzie Humane Society!

– The 5K trail will lead participants across fields, over streams and through the woods before they finish winding down the ski slopes of Ascutney Mountain. Fall foliage will be underway come race day and the views on the course are sure to be spectacular!

– For those not quite up to the full 5K trail run, we’re also offering a 1-Mile Course for people of all ages.  This course is a combination of mostly grass and dirt paths.

We want everybody to enjoy this adventure and to be safe and injury free!
The 1-Mile path stays mostly on hand-crafted grass and dirt trails and a trail shoe is also advised.
The Kids Run will be on grass.
