OTHER IMPORTANT RACE DAY INFO

SHOES: The 5K route crosses over grass, hand-crafted dirt trails (with rocks and exposed roots), dirt road and wooden bridging. We heavily advise wearing a trail sneaker, or something that will offer you ample traction and support. The trail will likely be muddy and wet in spots. We want everybody to enjoy this adventure and to be safe and injury free!
The 1-mile path stays mostly on hand-crafted grass and dirt trails and a trail shoe is also advised.

DOGS: We’re thrilled that Ascutney Trails is a dog-friendly destination! If you are bringing along a dog, please remember to keep them on leash at all times and to pick-up after them.

REFRESHMENTS: We will be providing all participants with water and light refreshments.

AMENITIES: There are indoor bathrooms in the Ascutney Outdoors Center.

T-SHIRTS: The first 50 participants that registered will receive a free race-day t-shirt, which will be in your registration bag at check-in. There will be a limited supply of race-day t-shirts available for purchase.
