Get ready for Lucy Mackenzie’s dog-friendly 5K9 coming this September 21, 2024 at Ascutney Outdoors in Brownsville, VT!
Participants have the option of enjoying either a 5K trail course or a 1-mile option. Runners and walkers can participate individually or as part of a team. As always, dogs are welcome to join in on the fun! The 5K trail will lead participants across fields, over streams and through the woods before they finish winding down the ski slopes of the mountain. Views from the course will be spectacular! For those not quite up to the full 5K trail, the 1-mile course is just as much fun!
Everybody is encouraged to fundraise to help support the animals at Lucy Mackenzie Humane Society and the many programs that Lucy Mackenzie offers to the community.
The highest fundraising team and individual will be awarded.
The registration fee is $30 for the 5K trail and $20 for the 1-mile trail. All participatns completing the 5K9 will receive a custom 5K9 medal! The first 25 participants to register will receive a free race t-shirt!
